Cement Screed is a mix of cement and sand or fine aggregates that forms a thin layer, which is laid on a floor base to create a smooth level surface, ready for the final floor finish like vinyl or laminating flooring. There will no longer be a gradient after the cement screed paste has been applied.
It can be applied on smaller surface area like your toilet or living room as well as larger areas like your entire house or commercial building. You can also have it applied to the walls for a rustic, industrial look.
We use pre-packed 2 in 1 cement screed (premix cement screed & grey cement). If you require cement screed to be done on your floors, we recommend applying a layer of epoxy over. This gives a shine to the cement screed and will be waterproof as well.
