The delight that Mr. Yap and Ms. Stella harbor, is not only about their just ended espousal, but also the modish face up that their apartment has seized. Elegance would be an understatement but it is all that that runs around this home. The new dashing designs fused into their home, are ones that could literally snatch your breathe. It is these kinds of dreams that are actualized by Ken, a design expert from Faith Interior Designs and Renovations. His personal touch up has seen their plain home, sire a stylish, polished and fashionable apartment. Here is a close insight of how Interior designer Ken made this a reality.

A simple quick glance of the new home is enough to tell you that he understands what it means by complementing the ecstasy that accompanies newlyweds. His team of skilled craftsmen were up to the task when it was time to pick up their tools. Nothing was left to chance as it is evidenced by the new face that Mr. Yap and Ms. Stella’s house conformed into. Not afraid to get their hands dirty, Ken and his team were determined to put in place the Modern Scandinavian theme into the couple’s home.

The kitchen was treated to a series of huge alterations. The old wall was the first to go down, which brought into light an open concept kitchen. There would be no better gift to the couple who are lovers of crowds and hosting parties. Since the kitchen is a commonly used area during such instances, they found it worthy to open it up, making it bigger and child friendly.

The kitchen wall was engulfed with subway wall tiles from Lian Seng Hin Pte Ltd. To grace up the floor they acquired the timber look alike ceramic tiles, also from Lian Seng Hin Pte Ltd. The counter was as well dressed up with Timber look alike Composite top. Also covered with a white wall emulsion, was the tip-on store room door in order to achieve a uniform look all around. With everything in its place, the design guru was able to pull out a catchy and up to date kitchen arena.

The living room beam was obviously proving to create a nuisance to the whole room especially the TV area. This was why they flushed the TV wall to silence it.

The old doorway was clearly traditional and all humdrum.

The doorway into the study room is one that has seen a tremendous refinement. The old one was nothing out of ordinary and would easily be confused with a glass wall rather than a slide door. All these was easily turned into a different tale when the new flashy fresh door with a black powder coating finish was installed. It does not just make it alluring, but also makes a bold black statement portraying a doorway.

There are overwhelming reasons not to get convinced that what was the master bathroom would metamorphose into what it is now. The wall and floor were adorned with magnificent homogeneous tiles from Lian Seng Hin Pte Ltd.  Enclosed by half wall and a clear tempered glass shower screen, is a shower mixer or rain shower from Hansgrohe. There is certainly every reason to adore all the fine details from the ceiling to the neglected corners. The fact that the ugly main sewage pipe is concealed using a box up and a wall erection allows one to enjoy an uninterrupted flow of artistry. Additionally, the sewage pipe is box up with calcium silicate panel that is complete with a light diffuser air vent panel for future maintenance.

Unequaled ideas are what you should expect with Ken in charge of your house’s renovation. The couple’s master bathroom was furnished with materials from top notch companies. Quartz Vanity counter is a clear indication that the designing guru does not settle for less.

The old uninspiring master bedroom was clearly nothing to display the couples newly crowned bedroom. Within a short time, all the tables were turned and Ken’s presence was evident all over the bedroom. First, in order to create a niche for display and conceal the air cone pipe, they partitioned the wall behind the bed. What was then a hallway-like bedroom underwent serious level ups and culminated a walk in closet. The closet was by itself a bold statement as it was made using modern designs making the whole composition mouth dropping. Mr. Yap and Ms. Stella have now more reasons to be joyful about walking into their bedroom. It is mainly because Ken stirred up the simplicity of their bedroom by incorporating a warm and welcoming mood.
