Property
The property is a 4 bedroom, HDB resale flat that the young couple – bought to convert into their new abode. faith interior design guided the customers through the renovation process in a professional and transparent way by helping them understand the process, supervising the project from start to finish, and delivering the end product that had been initially promised.

Overview of the Design
The basic concept of the design theme was to add personality and uniqueness into the existing space, but also being respectful of the client’s lifestyle and wishes in the process. The end product features a trendy, contemporary home with a subtle, stylish flair just a hint of minimal that gives this home an edgy yet alluring look.
Theme & Style
Faith interior design came up with a theme that was partially ‘minimalistic’ and partially ‘modern contemporary’ in style. 

​The Creative Kitchen Hijinks
The standard issue kitchen of this HDB was as bland as they come. Therefore, the new kitchen was designed by highlighting an efficient layout and an edgy interior design. The half-wall in the kitchen was demolished (with the requisite HDB approval) and was installed with a tempered glass backing. 

​The Living Room, Dining & Layout
The major zoning of this apartment has been articulated in an open-floor concept. The living room, circulation space and dining area are all visually connected, although they do retain their individuality. The main attraction in the living area is the exposed brick media wall. It has been painted white to convey a chic sophistication that makes the overall space look the epitome of classy. 

​The sporadic wooden accents in the circulation area and dining space offer adequate contrast within the space. The open-floor concept coupled with the soft hues creates a beautiful, relaxing ambience.

​Sleek Bathroom Interiors
Both the bathrooms in this apartment have been designed to show-off a sleek, elegant look.

​The first one features soft, neutral tones that have been used to enhance the compact layout and styling. The wooden textures in the stylish vanity add to its stylistic appeal and makes this bathroom look absolutely stunning.

​The second bathroom features a more playful aesthetic. Overlaying of new tiles to HDB existing wall tiles. The feature wall has been clad with patterned tiles that make a gorgeous feature wall. The master bedroom has been designed for comfort as well as luxury. Featuring some great wooden accents and a soothing white color scheme,
