The property is a resale Westcoast Condo owned by Mr. Tristan. The idea was to interpret a stark modern aesthetic within the spaces while still making them seem inviting. With a total renovation budget of $95000 and a timeline of 12 weeks, Mr. Ken Faith Interior Designs was able to convert a standardized space into something unique. 
Overview of the design
Modernism is a style that is quite challenging to interpret. The use of marble look glazed tiles added some much-needed textures within the spaces, and the choice of sleek, high concept furniture coupled with trendy accessories and chrome finishes added to the appeal.

The living room of this resale condo underwent a complete make-over. All kitchen and yard concerete wall is brought down for a open concept look

While short on space, Mr. Ken has managed to deck it out with all necessities without compromising the aesthetics at all. It definitely has a wow-factor and impresses with the qualitative use of space.
