I get to know Josephine of Faith ID thru my colleague who renovated 6 yrs back. I brought a 38 yrs old resale in original condition and had to overhaul it. Josephine and ken , they are frank and upfront to let you know the do and don't which incur cost. The project had to halt due to circuit breaker and resume 2 month later. Ken was recommended by my colleague whose friend house was renovated by him after I had few quotation from exhibition and online quote . the price i received from the interior firm was different by 40% and i was confuse ( 1st time renovation ) and that is when i seek help from friends and relative .
ken was able to give me a particle solution for my needs keeping my budget in check. He has also help to purchase and co-ordinate for my curtain , wall paper , electric clothes hanger , fans and other stuff. Overall i am pleased with the reno and would recommend to anyone i know who need his renovation service. From time to time he will update me on the progress too.

We started looking for an interior designer for our EC in October 2017.
This being our second house and past experience have raised our expectations for what we want from our interior designer.
After meeting around 5 shortlisted firms, finally we decided to engage Faith Interior Design (FID).
In our first ever engagement with FID. He was very detailed in explanations. Giving practical examples and able to relate to our requests immediately.
We found that it is very easy to communicate with him and that we considered one of the most important traits what we look for in an ID.

This is our second project with Faith Interior and with Ken and they have exceeded our expectation.
Firstly, we like how Ken listen to our ideas and put them all together in 3D even before we decided to sign the package with him. This shows the confident they have with their work and pricing.
Ken design is always looking on the practical side of things.
This time, Ken went one step further to help us coordinate all the other subcontractors like curtains, window grills and even inspection by the condo defect team. This really save us the hassle and annual leaves.
Comparing the prices among the other resident in the condo, I must say that Faith Interior offers a competitive package. But the most important factor is the peace of mind you get when you know that all the coordination are well taken care of.

We got to know FID contact through my friend whose colleague engaged his services.
We decided to engage FID service to be our ID for our first home due to his sincerity, openness and chemistry. As the project kick started, there were many more details and planning to be done. Throughout the tedious process, especially for first timers like us, we are very appreciative of Kenneth's efforts in guiding us through and the follow ups. Although we may be quite lost and fickle (just couldn't make up our minds sometimes!), he was very patient and provided practical recommendations, which was what we needed.
Even after handover, he maintained his professionalism and continued to respond to our queries promptly. Glad for the good partnership with our ID which eventually rounded up well for our end product, our happy home!

As a young couple who recently purchased our first home, a HBD resale flat, we were clueless at first about the renovation process. We had consulted a number of interior designers and contractors before coming to Faith Interior Design (FID).
We had no confidence in the other ID and contractors for (their lack of professional conduct during negotiation).
Upon meeting Faith Interior Design, we were impressed by his simple and transparent communication, his professional honesty and his great patience.
With an immense amount of patience, Kenneth painstakingly walked us through all the steps of house renovation while offering us sincere, helpful, practical and cost-minimizing advice. He even accompanied us to purchase home accessories and appliances to ensure that we got the best deals and most appropriate products for our needs.
Despite our budget constraint, we are able to actualize our wishes, and we are now owners of a beautiful home. Everyone who has visited our new home complimented the good workmanship and the beautiful interior design.
Faith Interior Design works with excellent sub-contractors who showcased good workmanship. Kenneth personally supervised the renovation work from beginning to end, updating us through WhatsApp photos at each stage of completion. We had peace of mind to entrust the entire work to FID and only had to visit the site twice throughout the 6 to 8 weeks of renovation process. We have to say that we are absolutely pleased.

I Received A Few Calls From Other Contractors But I Don't Need To Wait Long To Accept Faith Interior Design (Design Director Ken Goo) Because They Are Fast, Alert And Professional. They Are Especially Up-To-Date. They Listen To What I Want And Suggested Exactly What I Wanted. There Is A Mutual Understanding And Trust So I Do Not Have To Feel Worry When We Were Not At Home During The Renovation. Furthermore Price Is Negotiable :)
